Tanner Marvin Koch, 21, died at home in Carson City on Dec. 6, 2009. He was born in Carson City on April 24, 1988, to Harry J. Koch and Kimberly A. McQueary. He is survived by his father and stepmother Nicole; mother and stepfather Daniel Vargas; grandparents Marv and Karen McQueary; grandmother Sharon Chalmers; brothers Zachary and Asher Koch; sister Vanessa Pickles; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. A Celebration of Life will be from 10 a.m.-noon Dec., 19, 2009, at the Plaza Hotel & Conference Center ( 801 S. Carson St.). Capitol City Cremation & Burial is in charge of arrangements.
