Note: Menus are for the week of March 23 and are subject to change without notice. Choice of beverage is included with meals.


Monday: Spaghetti with meat sauce, tossed salad, apple pie, garlic bread.

Tuesday: Macaroni and cheese with ham, green beans, whole wheat bread with margarine, orange Jell-O with mixed fruit.

Wednesday: Stuffed pepper, linguini, broccoli salad, apple, whole wheat bread with margarine.

Thursday: Polish sausage, split pea soup, romaine salad, mixed fruit.

Friday: Fried onion-crusted chicken, lemon rice, colorful salad, pineapple, biscuit with margarine.


Monday: Barbecue chicken, baked beans, broccoli, apricots, roll with butter, vanilla pudding.

Tuesday: Rueben sandwich, sauerkraut, macaroni salad, rye bread, orange juice.

Wednesday: Ham, scalloped potatoes, green beans, roll with butter, spiced pears.

Thursday: Beef tacos, Mexicorn, ranch-style beans, orange, rice pudding.

Friday: Baked omelet, ham, cinnamon rolls, fresh fruit, V8 and orange juice.


Monday: Vegetable lasagna, romaine salad with almonds and cranberries, garlic bread, cherry walnut dessert.

Tuesday: Roast turkey, bread stuffing and gravy, corn and colorful salad, cranberry sauce, pumpkin pie, warm apple cider.

Wednesday: Shrimp egg roll, fried rice, fruit salad, sweet and sour sauce, fortune cookie, Mandarin oranges.

Thursday: Beef chili with beans, garden salad, peaches, cornbread, Jell-O with whipped cream.

Friday: Philly steak sandwich, Caesar salad, seasoned potato wedges, white grape juice, banana pudding.


Monday: Turkey chili, mixed green salad, Ambrosia, cornbread.

Tuesday: Polish sausage and potato casserole, stewed tomatoes, peach cobbler, roll with margarine.

Wednesday: Chicken fettucini Alfredo, vegetable mix, peach cobbler, garlic bread.

Thursday: Salmon, rice pilaf, baked potato, glazed carrots, strawberry shortcake.

Friday: Ham, skillet potatoes, eggs, cheese biscuit, V8 juice, fresh fruit.


Monday: Grilled chicken salad, French onion soup, berry tarts.

Tuesday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, gravy, vegetables, cookies.

Wednesday: Lasagna, garlic bread, green salad.

Thursday: Hamburgers, Tater Tots, coleslaw, fruit salad.

Friday: Pizza buffet, green salad, fruit salad.


Monday: Polish dogs with sauerkraut, fries, corn salad, carrot cake.

Tuesday: Pork chops, mashed potatoes with gravy, peas, Ambrosia salad.

Wednesday: Meatballs Napoli, rice, green beans, salad, banana cream pie.

Thursday: Ortega burgers, potato salad, mixed fruit, cookies.

Friday: Tacos, refried beans, Mexicorn, lemon Jell-O salad, cook's choice salad.


Monday: Oven baked chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, green salad, peaches.

Tuesday: Philly cheese steak, broccoli, pineapple Jell-O, salad, Tater Tots.

Wednesday: Tortellini with meat sauce, garlic bread, spinach, orange halves, brownie.

Thursday: Hot turkey sandwich, mashed potatoes with gravy, carrots, bread, pears, cake.

Friday: Tuna casserole, green salad, apple slices, bread.
