Carson City Health Department's food-service inspections for the week of Aug. 25-28 (all scores are on a 100-point scale, with points deducted depending on the severity of violations):

• Sonda Foods Inc. Bakery, 5150 Convair Dr., scored 96 points. No chlorine residual was detected on dishware after mechanical final rinse.

• Jimmy G's Cigar Bar, 301 N. Carson St., scored 100 points.

• The Daily Detour, 1263 S. Stewart St., scored 100 points.

• El Aguila Real, 3220 U.S. 50 East #6, scored 97 points. At least one employee of this establishment must be a certified food handler.

• Jackson's Food Stores #128, 1400 Rand St., scored 100 points.

• Donuts To Go, 1413 N. Carson St., scored 97 points. At least one employee of this establishment must be a certified food handler.

• Port of Subs, 1621 U.S. 50 East #8, scored 100 points.

• Lifted Cafe, 2201 W. College Parkway, scored 99 points. Floors are not clean in the grill area of the kitchen and the dry storage room.

• Sak 'N Save Food Store Meat Department, 2100 U.S. 50 East, scored 100 points.

• Walgreen #04788, 1465 E. William St., scored 98 points. Items are stored on the floor. Bags of ice not correctly stored 6 inches above the floor in the walk-in freezer. This is the third notice.
