Arlene M. Stafford, 90, of Carson City, died Sept. 12, 2009, at her home. She was born Jan. 15, 1919, in North Dakota to Henry and Bertha (Schmidt) Kaftan. She is survived by her children and grandchildren. FitzHenry's Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
