Obituary: Arlene M. Stafford

Arlene M. Stafford, 90, passed away September 12, 2009, at her residence. She was born January 15, 1919, in Harvey, N.D., where she was raised. Arlene moved to Lodi, Calif., in 1937. She married Milo Stafford in 1939. Milo and Arlene moved to Carson City in 1989. Milo preceded her in death in 1999. Arlene has been living the past two months in an assisted living facility.
