Emergency crews are working an injury accident on Highway 50 East in Lyon County near the hill to Stagecoach.
Witnesses are reporting traffic is backed up in the eastbound lanes to Chaves Road.
Trooper Chuck Allen said the accident was a head-on collision. Three people were taken by Care Flight helicopter to the trauma center in Reno with moderate injuries.
Expect delays in the area.
