Harold Edward Phelps, 90, of Carson City, died Sept. 17, 2009. He was born March 10, 1919, in Missouri, the son of Floyd Earl and Lida (McQueen) Phelps. He is survived by his daughters Toni Lee Collingsworth of Texas, and Barbara Haley of Carson City. Inurnment will be at Northern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
