The lunch menu for the Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

Monday: Cabbage roll on linguini, baby carrots, grapes, whole wheat roll with margarine

Tuesday: Reuben sandwich with sauerkraut, macaroni & cheese, cherry Jell-O with peaches, cookie

Wednesday: Mushroom chicken over noodles, veggie medley, applesauce, cookie

Thursday: Baked cod with dill sauce or salisbury steak, parsley potatoes, peas, banana, whole wheat bread with apple butter

Friday: Roast beef with gravy, rice, cauliflower with cheese, mixed fruit

DAYTON

The lunch menu for the Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road.

Monday: Tortellini with meat sauce, spinach, garlic bread, mandarin oranges, brownie

Tuesday: Lemon-baked fish, carrots & broccoli, baked potato, bread with apple butter, banana

Wednesday: Turkey sandwich, pickled beets, cranberry Jell-O salad, potato chips, raisin bars

Thursday: Mexican meatballs, brown rice, seasoned zucchini, garden salad, corn tortilla, mangoes

Friday: Oatmeal, scrambled eggs, ham, melon, whole wheat toast, V8 and orange juice

DOUGLAS COUNTY

The lunch menu for the Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane:

Monday: Turkey-vegetable crescent pie, cornbread with honey, cucumber salad, cranberry sauce, spice cake

Tuesday: Tahitian chicken, rice casserole, braised red cabbage, 7-grain bread with margarine, tangerine

Wednesday: Sloppy Joes with bun, onion-roasted potatoes, baby carrots, celery sticks, yogurt dip, baked bananas
