Wylie Animal Rescue Foundation (WARF) is in need of handy volunteers to help refurbish cat scratching posts to benefit cats in need in the Carson and Minden area.
Supplies will be provided and volunteers can work on the posts at home.
WARF consists of small group of volunteers dedicated to rescuing companion animals in imminent danger of euthanasia. They host cat and kitten adoptions on Saturdays at Petco on Topsy Lane.
