Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• Raymond Eugene Carter, 54, a construction worker from Carson City, was arrested at 8:42 p.m. Friday in the 2100 block of California Street on suspicion of felony domestic battery with substantial bodily harm and battery with a deadly weapon. Carter allegedly hit his girlfriend in the head with a blunt object causing a laceration 5-inches wide and to the skull. Bail was set at $35,000.

• Carson Cage Ward, 21, of Carson City, was arrested at 3:09 a.m. Saturday on a felony warrant for grand larceny. Bail was set at $10,000.

• Brandon Marino, 27, a safety coordinator from Reno, was arrested at 3:54 a.m. Sunday at College Parkway and Airport Road on suspicion of felony probation violation and misdemeanor reckless driving. No bail was set.

• A 54 plumber from Carson City was arrested at 12:34 a.m. Sunday at Fifth and Roop streets on suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving, impeding traffic, driving without a valid license and no insurance. Bail was set at $2,118.

• Harold Eugene Nugent III, 35, a fast food worker from Carson City, was arrested at 7:42 p.m. Saturday in the 500 block of South Roop Street on suspicion of gross misdemeanor misuse of 911. Bail was set at $2,500.

• Jose Luis Jacobo, 35, a painter from Carson City, was arrested at 8:19 p.m. Saturday in t he 2900 block of Tenaya Drive on suspicion of gross misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon, misdemeanor having an open container of alcohol in public and littering. Also arrested was Alberto Rubio Fuentes, 27, a laborer from Carson City, on suspicion of felony possession of a stolen gun and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Jose Ortiz-Sarabia, 20, a landscaper from Carson City, was arrested at 9:54 p.m. Saturday in the 3300 block of South Carson Street on suspicion of felony possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and minor consuming alcohol. Bail was set at $3,852.
