John Monroe Cleek died June 25, 2010, in Carson City. He was born Jan. 29, 1932, in Akron, Ohio. He is survived by sons Steve Cleek and Scott Cleek; daughter Donna Leslie; former wife Deirde Cleek; son-in-law Kirk Leslie; daughter-in-law Julie Cleekand; and four grandchildren. Services will be at 1 p.m. July 17 at Autumn Funerals & Cremations, 1575 N. Lompa Lane, Carson City. In lieu of flowers a donation may be made to Carson City Animal Shelter, 3770 Butti Way, Carson City, NV 89701.
