Union backing casino organization push

LAS VEGAS (AP) - Union leaders are accusing Las Vegas casino operator Station Casinos of being too aggressive in preventing workers from organizing.

Culinary Workers Union Local 226 President Geoconda Arguello-Kline told Station workers Wednesday that the union will stand behind them.

Workers have accused managers of intimidation while workers try to form unions to represent workers at the Las Vegas-based company.

A National Labor Relations Board hearing is set Aug. 16 in Las Vegas on a 127-count complaint.
