Richard H. Harmer, 80, of Carson City died Nov. 4, 2010. He was born Feb 3, 1930 in Elko to Francis and Verna (Carpenter) Harmer. Richard is survived by sons Don (Joylyn) Harmer of Washoe Valley, Dale (Kathy) Harmer of Carson City and Dan Harmer of Sparks; daughter Debbie (Logan) Hand of Dayton and six grandchildren.
