AGLOW will meet at 7 p.m. Monday at 2100 California St. in Carson City.

Special speaker is Angele Navares on "Grace in the Journey - Miracles in the Making."

Navares is an ordained minister involved in youth and women's ministries for 20 years. After a period of serious infirmity and a deteriorating marriage, she has been supernaturally healed and her marriage restored.

She is currently active in leadership at His Way Women's Ministries and Horizon Christian Church in Reno. She recently launched a formal "encouragement counseling" minstry to women. She shares her message with compassion, humor and uses her prophetic gifts to minister to others.

Internationally renowned Christian speaker and author Dr. Tony Campolo presents "An Evening of Hope" 7-9 p.m. Sept. 2-4 at Hope lutheran Church of the Sierra, 930 Julie Lane, South Lake Tahoe.

Dr. Campolo is a speaker, author, sociologist, pastor, social activist, and passionate follower of Jesus.
