SCHOOL: Dayton High

SPORT: Soccer

YEAR: Junior

Q: What are your favorite sports and why?

A: Soccer. It's a contact, competitive sport

Q: Who is your favorite professional athlete and why?

A: Hope Solo. She's an amazing goalie who plays with heart

Q: How do you feel about drug/alcohol testing at the high school level? Should it be random or should everybody on a team be tested at least once during a season?

A: I think random testing is OK. It's good because if drugs/alcohol are more important to the student-athlete they shouldn't play.

Q: If you saw a teammate using drugs or alcohol, what would you do? Would you talk to he/she about it or turn h/she into the coach?

A: I'd turn them into the coach. It's not fair to the team.

Q: What sport have you always wanted to try (high school sport or non-high school sport) and never have, and why not?

A: Probably golf. It would be relaxing, but I'm afraid I would suck.

Q: Do you have any hobbies?

A: Dance (tap dancing mostly), snowboarding and acting.

Q: Do you have a favorite TV show?

A: Say Yes to the Dress for sure

Q: What is your favorite food?

A: Chinese

Q: What is the last non-academic book you read?

A: I'm currently reading "P.S. I Love You" and "Time Traveler's Wife."

Q: Who is your favorite musician or group?

A: A Day to Remember

Q: What has been your most thrilling moment in sports?

A: In our last game against Fernley when we were tied and I somehow ended up on the ground with a big cleat mark on my leg

Q: After graduation, where do you plan to attend college, and what will your major be?

A: I plan to attend UNR then work at a dance/acting studio.
