LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. (AP) - Oklahoma State's Justin Blackmon has won the Biletnikoff Award as the nation's most outstanding receiver for the second straight year.
The announcement was made during the College Football Awards show at Disney World. Oklahoma's Ryan Broyles and USC's Robert Woods were the other finalists.
The only other two-time winner was Michael Crabtree of Texas Tech.
