Derek Tyson Koelzer, 32, passed away December 11, 2011.
He is survived by his father, Kirk Koelzer; mother, Robin Setter-Mullens; daughter, Azena Koelzer; brother, Dustin Koelzer; grandparents, Bob and Joyce Setter and Bill Koelzer.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, December 17, 2011 at 2pm at Ross Burke & Knobel, 2155 Kietzke Lane, Reno, Nevada.
