Carmen Rodriguez Balasko, 74, passed away December 15, 2011, in Wellington, Nevada. Carmen is survived by her husband Emil S. Balasko; sister Cecelia ("Tillie") Rodriquez; nieces Cecelia R. Sanchez, Michelle Rodriguez, and nephew Christopher Rodriguez. Preceded in passing, brother Jose ("Joe") Rodriguez, father Jose Rodriguez, mother Maria Orona. We have lost a devoted wife, sister, aunt, Godmother....and friend.
