The Carson City Library and Nevada Legal Services have teamed up to provide monthly foreclosure information classes. These classes are free and available to any homeowner in Nevada.
The classes will focus on the foreclosure process including mandatory mediation and the government-sponsored loss mitigation options. The first class will be offered at 2 p.m. Feb. 14.
Nevada Legal Services is a nonprofit, HUD-certified housing counseling organization providing free legal services to low-income Nevadans. NLS is a statewide organization assisting every county in Nevada.
