Robert E. Vance, 74, of Carson City died Feb. 17, 2011. He was born in Minnesota on July 26, 1936, to Gordon and Jane Vance. He was preceded in death by his brother Kenny. Survivors include his wife Darla; sons Robert Jr., Allen, Roger, Wayne, Andrew and Daniel Vance; daughters Wanda, Bobbie and Carrie Vance; five brothers; three sisters, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Capitol City Cremation & Burial is in charge of arrangements.
