This afternoon Governor Oddie received a telegram from Captain Donnelly of the State Police saying there will be capture or a battle in a very short time. The party of Indians crossed the river about fifty miles below Quinn River Crossing and are suspected of murdering four sheep men in Little High Rock Canyon.
