William "Bill" Clarke Jr., 70, of Carson City, died Jan. 14, 2011. He was born Aug. 21, 1940, in Waltham, Mass., to William and Violet Clarke. He is survived by his wife Karen; daughter Jennifer and son-in-law Boomer and two grandchildren. A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Jan. 31 at the Lone Mountain Cemetery in Carson City. Capital City Memorial Cremation and Burial Society is in charge of arrangements.
