(AP) - Gov. Brian Sandoval has named Jim Barbee acting director of the Nevada Department of Agriculture.
Barbee currently serves as an agriculture consultant to the Nevada Department of Education.
He was unanimously endorsed by the state Agriculture Board to replace outgoing director Tony Lesperance.
