Obituary: Steven R. Wiggins

Steven R. Wiggins, 50, a former resident of Carson City, died July 17, 2011, in York, Pa. He was born June 1, 1961, in Castro Valley, Calif., to Doris M. (Campbell) Wiggins and the late James G. Wiggins. He is survived by his mother; brothers and sister Scott Wiggins (Kelly), Greg Wiggins (Deanna), James E. Wiggins, and Pam Molleson (Phil); and extended family. The service will be private. John W. Keffer Funeral Homes and Crematory in York is in charge of arrangements.
