A well-loved Carson City resident for more than 50 years, Bob Shaw was a WWII Navy veteran, husband and father. Never silent about his Christian faith and love for his country, he is survived by his wife Christine; four children, seven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren. A memorial service is 11 a.m. Monday, June 6 at the First Presbyterian Church, Carson City.
