The Barton Foundation's annual Camp Sunrise, a bereavement camp for children, will take place June 17-19 at Galilee Camp & Conference Center in Glenbrook.
The camp was created for children who have experienced the death of a family member and founded on the understanding that every child deserves the opportunity to grieve in a safe, supportive and understanding environment.
Funded by the Barton Foundation, the camp is a program of Barton Hospice and is designed for children ages 7-14.
A variety of volunteer opportunities are available.
