Jim and Doris Bryant celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary at the Carson Valley Inn with family and friends. More than 40 guests attended the celebration.
The couple were married in Madera, Calif., on Nov. 24, 1950, in their senior year of high school, and remain very much in love.
They have three children, Debbie Sylva, Johnny Bryant and Tracie Battisti. They also have seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
The Bryant's have lived in Carson City for 20 years.
