Obituary: Berit Koskin

Berit Koskin, 72, of Carson City, died March 7, 2011. She was born in Madagascar on April 20, 1938, to Korner Edward and Anny Hansen. She was preceded in death by her son David in 2006. Survivors include her husband Carl; daughters Belinda Ryan of Carson City, and Lisa Koskin of Minden; sons K.O. (Rosalyn) of Minden, and Leif of South Lake Tahoe; sister Lillian Helgo and brother Otto Hansen, both of Norway; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. A private celebration of life will be held for family and friends. Capitol City Cremation & Burial is in charge of arrangements.
