Carris H. House Jr., 77, of Carson City died Feb. 26, 2011. He was born May 29, 1933, in Clarksburg, W.V., to Carris and Evelyn (Stewart) House. He served in the U.S. Army. He is survived by his wife Paula of Carson City; sons Stewart House of Plano, Texas, John House of Houston, Texas, and David Bennett of Carson City; and four grandchildren. A memorial service will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Paul's Lutheran Family, 1201 N. Saliman Road. FitzHenry's Funeral Home is caring for the arrangements.
