The Nevada Supreme Court will not hold oral arguments before deciding where the civil sexual assault case against Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger will be held.

A one-sentence procedural ruling signed by Chief Justice Michael Douglas on May 9 also said the full seven-member court, instead of a three-judge panel, will rule on the issue.

A former VIP casino hostess at Harrah's accused the two-time Super Bowl winner of raping her in his penthouse suite in July 2008, when Roethlisberger was at Lake Tahoe for a celebrity golf tournament. The suit also named Harrah's employees and executives.

The suit was filed in Washoe County. Roethlisberger attorneys sought to move the trial to Douglas County, where Harrah's is located.

A judge in Reno earlier ruled that Washoe County was proper venue.
