Obituary: Rula Lenore Rugg

Rula Lenore Rugg, 87 of Carson City died May 19, 2011. Rula was born Dec. 7, 1923, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Neal and Emily Heileson. She is survived by her daughters Tia Allman, Ann Meigs, and Erika Hedglin, all of California, and Allison Riley of Nevada; sisters Lucille Hill and Joyce Harker, both of Idaho; and three grandchildren. A celebration of life will be in Idaho Falls and announced at a later date. Fitzhenry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
