Age 84, passed away on Monday, Nov. 1, 2011. He was born May 11, 1927 in Dallas, TX. Serving in the U.S. Navy during World War II, he spent 21 months in the South Pacific.
A retired accountant, he lived in Douglas County for 26 years.
His survivors are his wife of 64 years, Carolyn; daughter Cheryl St. Onge of Topaz Ranch Estates; granddaughters Nicole (Bob) Minor of Newport, Oregon and Michelle Bohman of Morgan, Utah; five great-grandchildren: Justin, Jessica, Jeremy, Jason, and Jaden Bohman; and brother Charles George of Camarillo, California.
At his request, no services will be held. Inurnment at the Northern Nevada Veterans Cemetery in Fernley, Nevada. Walton's Chapel of the Valley, Carson City, is in charge of arrangements.
