Chargers have lost three straight after a 4-1 start, their fastest in coach Norv Turner's five seasons. ... Turner was fired after coaching Raiders from 2004-05. ... Chargers QB Philip Rivers has 14 INTs and 17 turnovers, both NFL highs. ... New Raiders QB Carson Palmer has thrown three interceptions in each of his first two games. ... In three starts vs. Chargers, Palmer has completed 74 of 103 passes (71.8 percent) for 1,023 yards and nine TDs vs. one pickoff, and 128.4 rating. He had career-high 440 yards against San Diego on Nov. 12, 2006. ... Both teams are expected to miss key players.
