Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail over the weekend. All are innocent unless proved guilty in court.

• Kristy Elaine Noguera, 26, of Sparks, was arrested early Saturday for felony probation violation. According to the arrest report, Noguera was found passed out at a gaming machine inside the Carson HorseShoe Club. A records check showed she was on probation with a no alcohol clause. A preliminary breathalyzer test showed blood alcohol content at .249. She was held without bail.

• Manuel Reyna Hernandez, 60, of Carson City, was arrested late Saturday on charges of a third driving under the influence offense, a felony. According to the arrest report, Hernandez allegedly admitted he was drunk and declined field sobriety tests. A preliminary breathalyzer test showed blood alcohol content of .265. Bail was set at $10,000.

• Heidi Brouhard, 22, of Carson City, was arrested early Monday for a felony grand theft auto warrant, misdemeanor petit larceny warrant, both out of Las Vegas, and a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. Her and a man were stopped walking in a parking lot. A records search showed the warrants and a person search resulted in alleged possession of a methamphetamine pipe. The man was released. Her total bail was $11,600.

• A 21-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 7:30 a.m. Saturday morning on charges of failure to maintain a lane and first-offense driving under the influence, both misdemeanors. A deputy responded to a call of a single-vehicle rollover accident and found a Porsche SUV with two men nearby. The driver said he was going 60 mph in a 35 mph zone when he wrecked near the airport. Two preliminary breathalyzer tests showed the driver allegedly had blood alcohol content of .264 and .254. Bail was set at $1,050.

• A 21-year-old Carson City man was arrested early Saturday on charges of failure to maintain a lane and first-offense driving under the influence, both misdemeanors. A preliminary breathalyzer test showed blood alcohol content of greater than the .08 legal limit. Bail was set at $1,050.

• A 27-year-old Carson City woman was arrested late Friday on charges of first-offense driving under the influence of drugs, a misdemeanor, after allegedly crashing her car into a city light pole and another vehicle. According to the arrest report, the woman admitted taking Xanax. The deputy said she fell asleep during her booking photo, according to the report. Bail was set at $1,000.

• A 24-year-old Dayton man was booked into the Carson City Jail late Friday due to a misdemeanor contempt of court warrant. He was taken in by Lyon County sheriff's deputies. Bail was set at $1,241.

• A 21-year-old Gardnerville man was booked into the Carson City Jail late Friday due to a misdemeanor contempt of court warrant. He was taken in by Douglas County sheriff's deputies. Bail was set at $411.

• A 40-year-old transient man was arrested Friday evening in Carson City on a charge of shoplifting from a convenience store. The deputy was on scene to attempt to serve a warrant when a clerk allegedly ran after the man shouting that the man had stolen a candy bar. Bail was set at $347.

• A 28-year-old transient man was arrested in Carson City Friday afternoon on charges of first offense driving under the influence of drugs, no proof of insurance, fictitious registration and possession of marijuana, all misdemeanors. Deputies saw the car weaving in traffic and not using blinkers, according to the police report. Once pulled over, the man allegedly admitted to smoking several bowls of marijuana. A further search of his car allegedly resulted in about 12 grams of marijuana being found, according to the arrest report. Bail was set at $2,350.

• A 53-year-old Carson City man was arrested Friday evening for two misdemeanor warrants for failure to appear before a Reno court on petit larceny charges. The man was arrested after a deputy responded to a 911 hang-up call, according to the arrest report. Total bail was set at $1,220.

• A 26-year-old Carson City man was arrested Friday afternoon on three charges of pre-trial supervision violations, all misdemeanors. No bail was set.

• A 33-year-old Carson City man was arrested Friday afternoon on a warrant out of the Tahoe Justice Court for failure to appear on a speeding charge, a misdemeanor. Bail was set at $382.

• A 35-year-old Carson City man was arrested Friday morning on a Carson City Justice Court warrant on charges of failure to appear before traffic court, a misdemeanor. Bail was $212.

• A 46-year-old Carson City man was arrested Friday morning on a Carson City Justice Court warrant on charges of failure to appear before traffic court, a misdemeanor. Bail was $292.

• A 38-year-old Carson City man was arrested Saturday morning on a warrant for abuse of the emergency system, a gross misdemeanor. Bail was set at $2,500.

• A 30-year-old Carson City man was arrested late Friday on charges of battery that constitutes domestic violence and possession of drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors, according to the arrest report. Two witnesses allegedly said they saw the man hitting and punching his girlfriend while she was on the ground. A preliminary breathalyzer test allegedly showed a blood alcohol content of .148 and a marijuana pipe was allegedly found on his person. Bail was $4,000.

• A 26-year-old Carson City man was arrested Saturday night on charges of driving with a revoked driver license and having an open container of alcohol, both misdemeanors. Bail was set at $1,100.

• A 20-year-old Carson City was arrested Saturday night on a Lyon County warrant of violating conditions of his release, a misdemeanor. He had no set bail.

• A 35-year-old Carson City man was arrested Saturday night on charges of failing to change his address as an ex-felon, a misdemeanor. Bail was set at $150.

• A 24-year-old Carson City man was arrested early Sunday on a misdemeanor warrant out of Esmerelda County, Calif., for failure to appear at traffic court. Bail was $1,209.

• A 30-year-old Carson City woman was arrested Saturday night on a warrant for failure to comply, a misdemeanor. Bail was set at $500.

• A 49-year-old Sparks woman was arrested on brought to the Carson City Jail Sunday afternoon for a misdemeanor contempt of court warrant. Bail was $223.

• A 28-year-old Reno man was booked into the jail on a misdemeanor contempt of court warrant Sunday afternoon and then had an Immigration and Customs Enforcement hold put on him. He had no bail.

• A 65-year-old Carson City man was arrested Sunday afternoon on charges of misdemeanor domestic battery and probation violation, both misdemeanors. The man's girlfriend alleged that he hit her in the eye and then kicked her in the abdomen, according to the arrest report. The deputy wrote that he saw no visible injury and the girlfriend refused to have photos taken or provide a written statement. The man alleged that his girlfriend had come home from a bar at 7 a.m. very drunk and started yelling at him. He said he left but alleged that she started to scream that he hit her. According to the arrest report, the man was arrested in October on charges of domestic battery but no disposition was given. Total bail was $6,000.

• A 34-year-old Las Vegas man was booked into the jail Sunday night from Churchill County on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear before traffic court. Bail was $1,546.

• A 41-year-old Gardnerville woman was booked into the jail Saturday night on a misdemeanor contempt of court warrant. Bail was set at $570.
