Joseph Colletti aged resident of the Comstock died in his home in Virginia City. He was long engaged in mining. Born in Italy in 1867. Surviving children are Joseph, Edward, Mitchell, Peter and daughter Marie Savage.

Daffy drama in developing donkey duel: Two local "Donkey Quintets" are being primed for Donkey Basketball. 20-30 coach Bob Berger has been working his team very hard in preparation for the all important game. The CHS Mystery Team is rumored to be strong, the shroud of secrecy continues.

Space shuttle Columbia successfully landed one day late, and touched down at the White Sands Missile Range marking the first time an American manned spaceflight has been extended, and the first that it has landed on a strange field.

Photo caption: Jo Saulisberry holds a 1860s era wedding hat at the Roberts House Museum. The museum is hosting a show of vintage hats, dresses, furs and handkerchiefs. Saulisberry's mother, the late Theresa Caprio, was the original owner of many pieces in the exhibit.
