Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Macaroni and cheese with ham, steamed spinach, pears and corn bread with honey butter.

TUESDAY: Cranberry chicken over rice, green peas, pears and scones.

WEDNESDAY: Beef stew with vegetables, pineapple tidbits, corn bread with honey butter and pudding.

THURSDAY: Eggplant parmesan, garden salad, ambrosia and cookies.

FRIDAY: Liver and onions or Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, peas and peaches.


Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, beets, veggie salad, whole wheat roll with margarine and peaches.

TUESDAY: Beef tips, noodles, stir fry veggies, whole wheat bread with margarine, pears and sherbet.

WEDNESDAY: Turkey chili, corn bread, green salad with Italian dressing and ambrosia.

THURSDAY: Breaded fish squares on whole wheat hamburger bun, tartar sauce, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, Tater Tots and pears.

FRIDAY: Pancakes with margarine and syrup, sausage, scrambled eggs, strawberries, V8 Juice and orange juice.


Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane:

MONDAY: Stuffed cabbage rolls, pasta salad, cauliflower with cheese, garlic bread and peach crisp.

TUESDAY: Beef tacos, ranch style beans, corn and orange rice pudding.

WEDNESDAY: Barbecue pork riblets, macaroni salad, au gratin potatoes, green beans and cherry walnut dessert.

THURSDAY: Minestrone soup, cottage cheese and fresh fruit plate, chicken tenders and whole wheat crackers.

FRIDAY: Fried chicken, coleslaw, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn on the cob, biscuits and apple pie.


Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in

Virginia City:

MONDAY: Pastrami ruebens, coleslaw and onion rings.

TUESDAY: Beef stew, noodles, biscuits, fruit cup and salad.

WEDNESDAY: Cobb salad, ambrosia and blueberry muffins.

THURSDAY: Grilled chicken tostadas, rice, chips and salsa.

FRIDAY: Corn potato chowder, ham sandwiches and carrot raisin salad.


Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Stuffed bell peppers, vegetable salad and rolls with butter.

TUESDAY: Chicken tenders, broccoli stuffed potatoes and coleslaw.

WEDNESDAY: Lasagna, green salad with ranch dressing and garlic bread.

THURSDAY: Stuffed pork chops, baked beans, herb vegetable medley, whole wheat roll and fruit cup.

FRIDAY: Biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, fruit and cinnamon rolls.
