Carson City Health Department’s food-service inspections for Nov. 8. All scores are on a 100-point scale, with points deducted depending on the severity of violations:• Lifestream Health Foods, 101 Hot Springs Road #1A, scored 100 points.• CVS Pharmacy, 3240 E. Highway 50, scored 100 points.• Dotty’s, 2260 E. William St., scored 100 points.• Jimmy G’s Cigar Bar, 301 N. Carson St., scored 100 points.• Pizza Hut, 2441 N. Carson St., scored 100 points.• Kentucky Fried Chicken, 2523 N. Carson St., scored 94 points. Paper towels were not supplied in the dispenser at the active kitchen hand sink, corrected on site. During all hours of operation, one employee must be a certified food handler.• Pho Country, 2495 N. Carson St., scored 98 points. Dirty knives were stored on dirty magnetic knife rack above the 3-C sink, repeat offense. The 3-C sink basins were not clean before or during food prep activities.• Arco AM/PM, 4190 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.• Wendy’s, 2555 N. Carson St., scored 98 points. There was no cold holding thermometer in the under counter refrigerator. Tiles in part of the walk-in cooler were broken and missing. The manager said these were scheduled for repair.• Schwan’s Sales Inc., 45 Red Rock Road, scored 100 points.• Round Table Pizza, 3325 Retail Drive, scored 100 points.• Fish Family Dining, 138 E. Long St., scored 100 points.• San Rafael Coffee Company, 711 S. Carson St. #3, scored 100 points.• BPO Elks Lodge food facility, 515 N. Nevada St., scored 100 points.• BPO Elks Lodge bar, 515 N. Nevada St., scored 100 points.
