CARSON CITY

Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Manicotti, spinach salad, Italian vegetables, pears and garlic bread.

TUESDAY: Sloppy Joe, baked beans, carrots, fruit cocktail and cookies.

WEDNESDAY: Chicken enchiladas with salsa, Mexicorn, Spanish rice, cinnamon applesauce and sherbet.

THURSDAY: Beef Stroganoff over egg noodles, peas and whole wheat rolls with margarine.

FRIDAY: Sweet and sour pork, rice, stir fry vegetables, Mandarin oranges and tapioca pudding.

DAYTON

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Stuffed cabbage casserole, mixed veggies, whole wheat rolls with margarine and spiced pears.

TUESDAY: Minestrone soup and grilled cheese, tomato and romaine salad with French dressing and fresh kiwi.

WEDNESDAY: Breaded fish with tartar sauce, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, Tater Tots, whole wheat bread with margarine and pears.

THURSDAY: Hot turkey sandwich, peas and carrots, tomatoes vinaigrette, fresh orange sections and oatmeal raisin cookies.

FRIDAY: Baked omelet with ham and cheese, blueberry muffins with margarine, grapes, V8 and orange juice.

DOUGLAS COUNTY

Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane:

MONDAY: Barbecue ribs, scalloped potatoes, corn and cheese tortellini salad.

TUESDAY: Lasagna, tomato, onion and cucumber salad, garlic bread, cauliflower with cheese sauce and cheesecake.

WEDNESDAY: Pork chops with apples, colorful salad, cornbread stuffing, peas and pearl onions, dinner rolls, cake and ice cream.

THURSDAY: Meatloaf, mashed potato and gravy, pea salad, carrots au gratin and custard.

FRIDAY: Green chili chicken enchiladas, Spanish rice, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, salsa and pumpkin cake with broiled coconut topping.
