Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Drive:

MONDAY: Chili dog on a bun with cheese and onions, mixed vegetables, macaroni salad and peaches.

TUESDAY: Seafood Louie salad, bread with margarine, cantaloupe and scones.

WEDNESDAY: Chicken Parmesan, bread sticks, Italian vegetables, pears and cookies.

THURSDAY: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, peas, Jell-O with Mandarin oranges, rolls and margarine.

FRIDAY: Barbecue ribs, coleslaw, spiced apples and biscuits with honey.


Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Roma burger with lettuce, corn on the cob, baked beans and cantaloupe.

TUESDAY: Cream of broccoli soup, crab salad, tater tots, pears, crackers and whole-wheat rolls with margarine.

WEDNESDAY: Turkey wraps, flour tortillas, steamed spinach, cranberry salad and pumpkin cookies.

THURSDAY: Chicken with mushroom sauce, stuffing, mixed vegetables, whole-wheat rolls with margarine and ambrosia.

FRIDAY: Waffles, strawberry toping, scrambled eggs, ham, V8 juice and orange juice.


Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane:

MONDAY: Tahitian chicken, rice casserole, braised red cabbage, seven-grain bread with margarine and tangerines.

TUESDAY: Corn bread stuffed bacon-wrapped pork tenderloin, Caesar salad, asparagus spears, spiced peaches and chocolate cream pie.

WEDNESDAY: Beef pot roast with gravy, red potatoes, carrots, celery and onions, dinner rolls, spring mix salad, cake and ice cream.

THURSDAY: Minestrone soup, cottage cheese, fresh fruit plate with chicken tenders and whole-wheat crackers.

FRIDAY: Crab quiche, crescent rolls, broccoli, romaine salad and sherbet.


Storey County Senior Citizens Center, at E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Lasagna, spinach, garlic bread, oranges and salad.

TUESDAY: Tomato soup, grilled-cheese sandwich, salad and dessert.

WEDNESDAY: Tuna casserole, vegetable medley, slice tomatoes and bread.

THURSDAY: Pot roast, potatoes, carrots, salad and blueberry muffins.

FRIDAY: Biscuits, gravy and fruit.


Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Barbecue hamburgers and hot dogs, potato salad and vegetables.

TUESDAY: Pork roast, red potatoes, mixed vegetables, garden salad, peaches and gingerbread.

WEDNESDAY: Beef stroganoff, egg noodles, vegetables, orange spinach salad and whole-wheat bread.

THURSDAY: Reuben sandwiches, potato wedges, pickles and salad.

FRIDAY: Tilapia, rice pilaf and vegetables.
