130 years agoHank Monk is up and around, but he appears to be getting very weak. Captain Joe, Chief of the Washoes here, informs the Appeal informs us he has lived in the area for more than 40 years and never has seen such cold weather over the past month. He says it is the custom on turning in to bed to disrobe of all clothing, but this year they turn in with boots and all.
