Reed's Trae Wells, who finished with a game-high 25 points, had a potential game-winning layup rim out at the buzzer. In the second overtime, Douglas started the scoring with a 3-pointer from Pat Johnson (who also opened the scoring in the first overtime with a 3-pointer) and went on to sink nine consecutive free throws to put away the win.Johnson led the Tigers with 15 points in the win. Hunter Myers had Douglas' only other field goal of the two overtimes and finished with 14 points. Austin Evans came up with 13 points, Joe Syammach had 10 and Michael Nolting had eight points.Douglas improved to 4-1 in Northern Division 1 action in its first home game in a full month.
