SmallwoodGardnervilleThank you forbeautiful memoryWednesday, Jan. 9, I was traveling from Carson City to Dayton when I saw the traffic start to bunch up in both directions.I first saw some of the wild mustangs trying to cross the highway, then I saw two ladies on the westbound side stopping traffic so that the horses could cross without any danger. I instantly smiled, huge I might add, and even got a little teary-eyed as the horses crossed. Watching them run with their manes flowing in the wind was such a joy! Two of the herd were frightened and went the other way, I hope they also got across safely.I just wanted to thank the ladies again for being there when they were, to help our beautiful horses to safety. Yes I am the one that yelled “thank you” as I continued on. It is a beautiful memory I will never forget. Again, thank you!Sarah JohnsonCarson City
