Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Egg casserole with vegetables, sausage, French toast, grapes and scones.

TUESDAY: Country fried steak, mashed potatoes, pea salad, peaches and biscuits with margarine.

WEDNESDAY: Asian chicken salad, pineapple, bread with margarine and poke cake.

THURSDAY: Pulled pork on a bun, baked beans, beets and Jell-O with Mandarin oranges.

FRIDAY: Turkey with gravy, stuffing, green beans, rolls with margarine and ambrosia.


Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Polish sausage, sauerkraut, peas, rye bread, peaches and cookies.

TUESDAY: Baked fish, coleslaw, stewed tomatoes, whole wheat bread with margarine, bananas and apple crisp.

WEDNESDAY: Beef teriyaki, Jasmine rice, broccoli with almonds, mixed relish tray, whole wheat bread with margarine and bananas.

THURSDAY: Turkey wraps, flour tortillas, spinach with water chestnuts, cranberry salad and pumpkin cookies.

FRIDAY: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, gravy, mixed vegetables, whole wheat roll with margarine, apricots and cake.


Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane:

MONDAY: Split pea soup, meatball sub, cucumbers with sour cream dressing and fresh oranges.

TUESDAY: Combination pizza, Greek salad, fresh pineapple and pink lemonade.

WEDNESDAY: Warm apple cider, roasted turkey and gravy, bread stuffing, corn, colorful salad with French dressing, cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie.

THURSDAY: Seasoned chicken nuggets, green beans with mushrooms, mashed sweet potatoes, tossed salad with Italian dressing and gingerbread.

FRIDAY: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy, pea salad, brussels sprouts and banana cream pie.


Silver Springs Senior Center, 2945 Fort Churchill St.:

MONDAY: Tuna salad sandwich and lentil soup, carrot raisin salad and fresh apples.

TUESDAY: Turkey chili, corn bread, mixed green salad, creamy Italian dressing and ambrosia.

WEDNESDAY: Chicken enchiladas, refried beans, cauliflower, green salad, dressing and fruit cocktail.

THURSDAY: Beef stroganoff with noodles, baked acorn squash, orange spinach salad, plums, whole wheat rolls and apple butter.

FRIDAY: Quiche Lorraine with eggs, bacon, cheese and sausage, hash browns, grapefruit, V8 Juice and orange juice.


Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Chicken chow mein, fried rice with broccoli, egg rolls and sherbert.

TUESDAY: Hot turkey sandwich, mashed potatoes, vegetables and fruit crisp.

WEDNESDAY: Deviled pork chops, baked potatoes, steamed brussels salad and tapioca pudding.

THURSDAY: Chef salad, carrot sticks, celery sticks and cherry strudel.

FRIDAY DINNER 5:30: Barbecue country style spare ribs, potatoes, vegetables salad and cake.
