Churchill County High School's Junior ROTC drill team recently garnered a handful awards at a regional competition.
Churchill County High School Navy Junior ROTC recently won first place honors at the Reed Invitational JROTC Drill Meet.
Competing against 13 Army, Navy, and Air Force JROTC units, Churchill County came away with the following honors in all of the major drill categories: First place: Unarmed Regulation Drill, Armed Regulation Drill, Personnel Inspection and Color Guard; third place: Unarmed Exhibition Drill; fifth place: Armed Exhibition Drill.
