Ormat Technologies has completed the largest geothermal plant of its kind, the Reno-based company has announced.
Doug Herrernan, CEO of Mighty River Power, said the Ngatamariki facility in New Zealand adds sufficient annual electricity production for the equivalent of 80,000 households.
