Otis Stoliby, son of John and Sarah Stoliby, husband of Tony Elizabeth Stoliby, father of Fred Stoliby, stepfather of Renee Fredericks and Lynette Rojo, grandfather of numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, departed this earth on March 30, 2014, returning to his heavenly home. He bids farewell to his family and many friends, and asks God’s blessing to all.
