Billy Ray Bryant passed away Nov. 21, 2014 in Fallon. He was born October 9, 1932 in Sand Springs, Oklahoma to Joseph and Agnes Yancey Bryant. Billy was an army veteran of the Korean conflict, a boot maker and a member of the
Cherokee nation in Oklahoma. He is survived by his wife Shirley; son Joe (Kathi) Bryant all of Fallon; son Clint (Simonne) Bryant of Tehachapi, CA; grandchildren Jackie, Michele, Megan, Cody, Clay, Cullen and Clint. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren. A graveside funeral service with military honors was held Tuesday December 2, 2014 at 1PM at the Northern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Fernley, NV. Arrangements by Smith Family Funeral Home-Fallon.
