Marilyn Edith Elges, 76, passed away on December 1, 2014 at Renown Medical Center. Marilyn was born in Reno on August 7, 1938 to Jonas and Edith Laufman. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Charles Elges, sister Dorothy Bawden, and brother Harlan Laufman. She is survived by her daughters Tamara Nash (Wayne), Jennifer Nystrom (Jim), niece Jane Delich, and three grandchildren: Jordan Nash, Whitney Nash, and Charles “Chazz” Nystrom. Marilyn will be particularly remembered for the deep love she had for her pets and any little animals that crossed her way. She loved watching baseball and was a huge Giants fan. Per her wishes, there will not be a formal funeral service, but instead we will have a small, private celebration of her life.
