CARSON CITY

Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Macaroni and cheese with ham, spinach, orange juice and cookies.

TUESDAY: Honey mustard Dijon chicken, zucchini, fruit cups, and French bread.

WEDNESDAY: Fish and chips, coleslaw, grapes and brownies.

THURSDAY: Turkey subs, broccoli cheddar soup, yogurt with strawberries and baked potato chips.

FRIDAY: Liver and onions or Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, peas, peaches and tapioca pudding.

DAYTON

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Chicken noodle soup, turkey tacos, salad with creamy Italian dressing and hot fruit compote.

TUESDAY: Spaghetti with meat sauce, spinach salad, garlic bread and pears with Jell-O.

WEDNESDAY: Fish squares, tarter sauce, rice pilaf, coleslaw, whole wheat bread and pears.

THURSDAY: Roma burgers, romaine lettuce, corn on the cob, baked beans and cantaloupe.

FRIDAY: Breakfast burritos, scrambled eggs, cheese, sausage, hash browns, cinnamon rolls, cantaloupe, V8 and orange juice.

DOUGLAS COUNTY

Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane:

MONDAY: Chili relleno casserole, honey lime salad, refried beans, Spanish rice and custard.

TUESDAY: Bistro roast beef sandwiches with sauce, beef, and Swiss, pasta salad, cantaloupe, and island paradise coffee cake.

WEDNESDAY: Combination pizza, spring mix salad, grapes, and frosted brownies.

THURSDAY LUNCH AT HERBIG PARK: Bratwurst on bun, baked beans, potato chips, fresh fruit cups, and cookies.

FRIDAY: Pulled pork sandwiches, apple-zucchini slaw, Oregon blend vegetables, baked beans and fruit and pudding dessert.

SILVER SPRINGS

Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

MONDAY: Bacon, lettuce, and tomato sandwiches, kidney bean salad, potato chips and orange slices.

TUESDAY: Tahitian chicken, rice casserole, braised red cabbage, grain bread, margarine and tangerines.

WEDNESDAY: Beef tips and noodles, green salad, dressing, mixed vegetables, fruit and cookies.

THURSDAY: Honey mustard chicken, scalloped potatoes, carrots and peas, whole wheat rolls, margarine, apricots and cookies.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9:30: Biscuits and gravy, eggs, and peaches.

STOREY COUNTY

Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Pot roast, potatoes, carrots, celery and biscuits.

TUESDAY: Cream of broccoli soup, baked fish, mixed vegetables and brownies.

WEDNESDAY: Spaghetti, bread, salad, and yogurt.

THURSDAY: Pork chops, stuffing, vegetables and salad.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 10-11: Biscuits and gravy, hash browns and fruit.

YERINGTON

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Stuffed bell peppers, spinach noodles, garlic bread, green salad and ice cream.

TUESDAY: Lemon pepper chicken, rice pilaf, vegetables and Jell-O.

WEDNESDAY: Lasagna, vegetables, green salad, garlic bread and fruit salad.

THURSDAY: Chili dogs, potato salad, coleslaw and cake.

FRIDAY: Tuna noodle casserole, green salad and tapioca.
