Carson High School alum and current University of Nevada pitcher Adam Whitt was named to the Cape Cod League’s 2014 West Division All-Star Team on Saturday.
Playing for the Cotuit Kettleers this summer, Whitt is currently leading the league in earned run average (0.98) and is tied for the league-lead in wins (4). He also has three saves.
In 27.2 innings he has 24 strikeouts.
The game will take place July 27.
